Sara Ella Reppert

Sara Ella Reppert, 87, of Lakewood went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2015. She lived a full and blessed life. Sara was born August 5, 1927 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the only daughter of Bessie and Rollie Owen. She married Charles H. Reppert on August 28, 1948 and celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary last August. She was a member of Our Savior's Church, Lakewood. Sara was a stay-at-home mom, lovingly and caringly raising six children. She is survived by her beloved husband, Charles; six children, Stephen, Sue, Nancy (Walter) Cox, Tom, Jim and Glen (Traci); two grandchildren, Uriah (Cathy) and Gwen (Matt) Taylor and two great grandchildren, Brooklyn Taylor and Milana Reppert. Visitation will be Monday, March 2nd at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, 80227, from 12:00 to 1:00, followed by a memorial service. Interment will be at 2:30 at Ft. Logan National Cemetery. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Denver Rescue Mission in Sara's memory.
