Sarah Aam

Jane was born in Antlers, Oklahoma on September 19th, 1940.  Her childhood years were spent in Central New Mexico.  After high school graduation she moved to El Paso, Texas for her job.  This where she met the love of her life Svein Aam.  He was in the Norwegian Air Force and attending missile training at Fort Bliss, Texas.

On September 28,1958 Jane and Svein were married in Silver City, New Mexico.  When Svein completed his training, they moved to Norway where they lived till July 1961.  They then moved back to El Paso.  Their son Svein Erik was born on October 22, 1964 and their daughter Lisa Ellen was born December 10,1966.

Jane started her career with Continental Airlines in 1974 as a reservation agent .  She also worked in several other positions until she was promoted to the operation manager for Continental Airlines- Los Angeles.  As a family then traveled the world to Europe and Norway to visit Svein's parents.  Then also traveled to  Hawaii and the far East.  They were steady customers of Disneyland Los Angeles. She  retired after 30 years with Continental.  She then worked for Janus Funds until her son's accident in 1997. She also worked for Nel Net until  2003 when  she became her son Erik's caregiver.

She is survived by: husband, Svein Aam; children, Svein Erik Aam and Lisa Ellen Tubbergen; and grandchildren, Domenik Svein Mazzola and Conner Tubbergen.
