Scott Christopher Morrison

May 4, 1983 — May 23, 2008

Scott Christopher Morrison, age 25, unexpectedly went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ early Friday morning, May 23, 2008. Scott is survived by his mother, Marianne Morrison of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; his father and stepmother, Rick and Suzanne Morrison of Dallas, Texas; and his younger sister, Kelley, of Fort Collins, Colorado. In addition, he is survived by his grandparents, Ray and Helen Rennemeyer of Highlands Ranch, and Marilyn Morrison of Los Ojos, New Mexico. Scott is also survived by a host of wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins living in Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico, all of whom will miss him dearly. Scott had a real love for music and the arts. He played several musical instruments, most notably the guitar, and showed a passion for writing and art. He aspired to be a graphic designer, and took classes toward that profession at the Art Institute of Colorado, Arapahoe Community College and the University of Colorado at Boulder. A memorial service will be held for Scott on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (just west of Holly Street), in Centennial, Colorado 80122. All of Scott's friends and family are warmly welcomed to come together to celebrate his life. If desired, contributions may be made in Scott's name to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Liver Foundation, 2100 South Corona Street, Denver, Colorado 80210, or online at www.liverfoundation.org/chapters/rockymountain.
