Scott David Rosenquist, 54, a resident of Colorado Springs passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017. Dr. Rosenquist was born May 31, 1962, to James and Joyce Rosenquist. He was married to Shelli Ockert on May 26, 1984 in Littleton, CO. He is survived by his parents, James and Joyce, wife, Shelli, daughters Sarah and Hannah, sister Lori (Kent Griswold) and brother, Todd (Heather), and nieces and nephews, Andrew, Abbagail, Kaela, Grant, Ander, and Avelina. He is predeceased by his older brother, Mark. Dr. Rosenquist graduated from Stromsburg High School in 1980, attended the University of NE at Lincoln, has a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Master's of Science in Biometrics of Trauma. Dr. Rosenquist attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO, graduating with honors in 1991. He has been practicing with his best friend and colleague, Dr. Chad Abercrombie, in Colorado for over 26 years evaluating and managing auto accidents and work injury patients at Alliance Health Partners. He has several post-graduate certifications and has coauthored books, book chapters, and articles. As a chiropractor, he spent his life helping, treating, and healing those in need. He also enjoyed playing poker, hunting, golf and spending time with family. He was kind, caring, selfless, funny, generous, loving, genuine, dependable, and fearless. He will be dearly missed and remembered fondly. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 7pm, Friday, March 31, 2017, at The Club at Flying Horse, 1880 Weiskopf Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80921. A memorial service will be held in Lincoln, NE at 2:30 on Sunday, April 2, 2017. At the St. Marks Church.
