Scott Keith Rutherford

Scott, 52, passed away on September 5, 2008 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He is survived by his wife, Sharie and three children, Dan, Teri, and Sydney. He is also survived by his parents, Keith & Beth Rutherford, Carol Rutherford of Seattle, and brother Michael Rutherford of San Diego. Scott retired from Safeway Inc., as Executive Vice President after 26 years of service. Scott was a man of God, with a passion for teaching the Word, a love for home renovation, and an expert martial artist. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 13 at Word of Life Christian Center, 8700 E. Park Meadows Dr., in Lone Tree.
