Sean Robert Barrett

It is with great sadness that the family of Sean R. Barrett announces his passing after a brief illness. Sean was 20 years old. He died on March 29, 2018. He was born November 11, 1997 in Antioch, CA. He was a sophomore at Loyola University in Chicago, IL pursuing a degree in Environmental Science. Sean graduated from Mountain Vista High School in 2016. He was a member of the Technology Student Association and National Honor Society. He graduated with high academic honors. Sean is survived by his parents, Robert and Susan Barrett of Highlands Ranch, his Brother Chris (Kristen, Jack, Piper and Shane) and Sisters Bonnie, Tara (Kathleen) and Kyra. He is also survived by his maternal grandfather John Saputo and his godparents Scott and Julie Saputo (Salvatore, Maria and Dominic), Uncles John (Maureen), Jim and Rick. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Katie Remington. He will be forever remembered by numerous cousins, extended family and dear friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 E. County Line Rd., Centennial, CO 80122 on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow immediately. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held for Sean this summer. Information will follow.
