Shannon Dyk

Shannon Marie Dyk Age 54 passed away on Tuesday, March 22nd, in Denver hospice. Shannon was born on April 2nd, 1967, in Englewood at Swedish hospital. The adoring daughter to Judy and Al Dyk, loyal sister to Scott Dyk, loving mother to Justin and Derek Dyk and doting aunt to Collin, Bailey, and Ryann Dyk.

Shannon graduated Columbine High School, and then she worked at Arapahoe Douglas work, where she helped abused women find a home. She was very creative and artistic and enthusiastic about cooking, always asking "Did you get enough to eat?"

She always enjoyed learning new things and passing along her wealth of knowledge. She was always there for a friend in need. Her loving smile and warming hugs will be missed dearly. She will forever be in our hearts.

Her service will be held at Horan and McConaty 5303 E. Countyline Road at 3 pm on the 15th of April. Food and drinks will be provided.
