Sharon Hoecker

Sharon Kay Hoecker, nee Robertson, age 87 at rest February 24, 2021 in Littleton, Colorado. Sharon was born and grew up in north central Kansas. She is a graduate of Wichita State University with a degree in Art Education. Sharon taught art and social studies at John Marshall Intermediate School in Wichita and at Sabin Elementary School in Denver Colorado. From 1964 – 1979 Sharon was a stay home mother and homemaker. In 1979 she reentered the workforce as a secretary to counseling at Campus Middle School in the Cherry Creek School District. In 1997 she retired to take on the role of doting grandmother and part time caregiver to her grandsons John and later Matthew.

Sharon is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert L. Hoecker, her daughter Susan Bellipanni and her two grandsons. Her legacy will live on through her family. No services are planned per Sharon’s wishes.
