Sharon Kopanos

Shari Kopanos, 73, of Centennial Colorado, died July 6, 2020 following an aggressive and rare cancer.
Shari was born on January 10, 1947, in Lincoln Nebraska, to William Forest Parker Jr. and Dorothy Arlene (Boettcher) Parker (both deceased). Shari came from a large family including siblings Robert L (Michelle) Parker, Randy L (Gail) Parker, William L (Debbie) Parker, and Cindy L (Henry) Pennock. Shari has many nieces and nephews.

Shari was an accomplished manager and career woman before her retirement. She liked small country churches, Thomas Kinkade paintings, games, eating out, and going to shows at the Buell Theatre. She loved celebrating holidays with her family.

Her husband Thomas, passed away 6 month ago on New Years Eve. Shari has two sons Christopher and Stephen (Tay) Kopanos. May her memory live on forever.

A viewing for the public will be held Thursday July 9 between 10:00 and 12:00pm at Horan and McConaty 5303 E. county Line Rd. Internment will be in Grand Junction, Colorado There will be a small service at the gravesite in Grand Junction, Colorado on Friday July 10th at 9:00 am at the Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
