Visitation, Sunday, 3:00 - 5:00 PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard. Funeral Mass, Monday, 10:00 AM, Notre Dame Catholic Church, 2190 South Sheridan Boulevard. Burial, Fairmount Cemetery.
