Shawnda Vigil

Shawnda Lynne Vigil, age 49, passed away at home on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.

Shawnda was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska at St. Mary's Hospital to Stan and Beccy Talbert. After moving to Denver, Colorado, she attended Rangeview High School, Metropolitan State College of Denver and the University of Phoenix for School Counseling. She achieved a Master of Science Degree in Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Shawnda worked for Cherry Creek Schools where her care and love for both faculty and students was unmatched. She was a loving wife to her husband Larry and a devoted mother to sons, Shey and Kane. Shawnda had the perfect smile. She was funny, loving, caring and above all was the life of the party!

She leaves behind amongst many friends and colleagues, her husband Larry Vigil, sons Shey and Kane Vigil, parents Stan and Beccy Talbert, sisters Tiphanee Liming and Kim Robertson.
