CARTER, Shirley Allison, 74 of Denver CO, passed away Monday, August 17, 2009 She is survived by her husband Ray Carter, daughters Mary Jean Carter, Allison Pridy, sons Mark and Scott Carter; grandchildren Cicily Carter, Thomas and Will Pridy, Alan, Jonathan and Mary Carter; son-in-law Sean Pridy, and daughter-in-law Brenda Carter. She was born November 29, 1934 in Texarkana, TX. She was a cheerleader at Texas High School in 1953. Visitation, Tuesday, August 25, 7-8:00PM, and Funeral Service, Wednesday, August 26, 10:00AM, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, CO, followed by burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
