Nelson, Shirley C. Homemaker Shirley Nelson, age 70, died Tuesday, September 16th, in Denver. Wife of K. Lee Nelson; mother of Betsy (Lee) Omohundro and David (Kim) Nelson; grandmother of eleven, great - grandmother of four. A service in celebration of her life will be held Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at Gates Concert Hall in the Newman Center, at the University of Denver, 2344 E. Iliff Avenue; parking available in the lot at E. Buchtel Blvd. and S. Josephine; continuous shuttles to and from Newman Center; campus maps at www.du.edu.
