Sister Rose Margaret also known as Sister Mary Cyril, CPPS was born November 19, 1917 in Edgemont, South Dakota. She died October 19, 2010 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Sister Entered the Religious Community of the Sisters of the Precious Blood of Dayton, Ohio in 1937. In addition to teaching in Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana, Sister taught elementary education at Cure d'Ars, Christ the King, St. Bernadette's, and Holy Trinity Parochial Schools in Denver. She was Teacher of the Year of the Archdiocese of Denver in 1962; Teacher of the Year at Christ the King in 1972; and Teacher of the Year receiving the Americanism Award from the American Legion in 1976. Sister was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Josephine, brothers, John, Leo, James, & Richard, sister, Patricia and sisters-in-law Mary & Pat. She is survived by her brother, George, sister-in-law, Lucille, 11 nieces & nephews, 27 great nieces & nephews, 8 great nieces & nephews, numerous cousins and the Community of the Sisters of the Precious Blood.
