Skylar Vallejos

Skylar Benjamin Vallejos, age 27, passed away on April 11, 2021. Born on February 17, 1994, in Greeley, Colorado, Skylar was a resident of Fort Collins, Colorado.

Skylar achieved the Kansas State High School diploma on February 15, 2012, through Cowley County Community College in Arkansas City, Kansas, and was attending the University of Arizona Global Campus working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Operations Management and Analysis. He loved outdoor activities including fishing, camping, and hands-on mechanical work. He was also a fan of the Denver Broncos. He enjoyed physical fitness and spending time with family and friends, fulfilling Our Father’s call to “Love God and love people”.

Skylar is survived by his parents, Julie and Robert Munoz, and Ben and Tammy Vallejos. His grandparents Benjamin J. Vallejos and Matilda Rivas (deceased), Donisio A. Rael, and Rita G. Munoz (deceased). Ten siblings: Chris Graber, Sierra Vallejos, Brianna Vallejos, Benjamin Vallejos Jr., Brennan Vallejos, Victoria Munoz, Rocky Munoz (Valerie Munoz), Alexander Munoz (Anna Harder), Rebecca Munoz-Smith (Sebastian Smith), Alyssa Munoz, and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.

Skylar’s life will be celebrated on April 26, 2021 at 11:30 am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street Thornton, Colorado, 80229. A viewing will be offered at 10:30 am prior to the service. Due to COVID restrictions, seating is limited, and the family is asking those who cannot physically attend to view the livestream which will start just before the service.
