Soon Duk Kim Park

Soon Duk Kim Park, age 86 of Denver CO, previously of Bethesda, MD, passed away on April 28, 2020. She was loved and respected by all, and especially adored by her kids and grand kids who all connected with her daily on Face Time for the last month of her life. Soon was born October 17, 1933 in Hamhung, North Korea and immigrated to MD in 1964. Soon graduated from Ewha University in South Korea. She met and married Reverend Paul Won Park in MD. She courageously raised her three young children after her husband passed away in 1982. She is survived by her children Anna, Mary and John and their families, including 6 grandchildren. In her final years, her true nature of kindness, generosity, humor and hospitality were on display. No worries. No burdens. No guilt. She spent her last days living in the moment with a heart filled with gratitude, enjoying her family, her best friends and life’s simplest pleasures. Soon dedicated her life as a testament to God's grace and provision.
