Stan Miles

Laurence Stanton "Stan" Miles, 91 of Littleton passed away on November 11, 2020. Stan was a Colorado native, and he had resided in Denver, Lakewood, Cedaredge, and Centennial. Stan was a wonderful family man who loved his children and grandchildren and was a friend to everyone who ever met him. He was an Army Veteran and served in the Korean War. Stan loved to fish, hunt, golf, and cook. He was an aviation enthusiast and pilot who loved to travel the world. He toured the United States and Canada in RVs and in his later years, could be spotted motoring around town in his red Mini Cooper.

Stan is survived by his son, Tom (Lucy) Miles; his daughter, Judy (Jim) Johnson; his grandsons, Cameron Miles, and Ryan Johnson; and his granddaughters, Mariah Miles, and Lauren Johnson. Stan is preceded in death by his wife, Jean A. Miles.

Stan was dearly loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.

Due to COVID, a Committal Service for Stan will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery, at a later date.
