Stan Wilkowsky

Stan, 68, passed on May 29th, 2011. Survived by Kathy, his beloved wife of 45 years; his son Artie; daughter-in-law Julie; loving grandsons Ryan and Zack; sisters Lillian Kolleeny and Sheri Benson; aunts Sylvia Feldman and Selma Feeder; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Stan was born in Denver in 1942 and resided in Aurora at the time of his passing. Stan lived around the world but called Texas home. Stan was a U.S. Army Veteran and a geophysicist, and enjoyed a lifelong career in oil exploration. He will be truly missed. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday, June 2nd at Horan & McConaty, 5303 East County Line Road (one block to the West of Holly Street), Centennial, Colorado. Services will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, June 3rd at the same location. Memorial donations may be made in Stan's name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 720 South Colorado Boulevard, #380-S, Denver, Colorado 80246.
