Stanley John Kopala

Stanley John Kopala, age 81, died at St. Anthony's Hospital on Thursday, April 2nd.

Born November 29th, 1938 in Chicago, he lived in Chicago, Niles, Las Vegas, and Thornton. Stanley worked as an Electrical Engineer most notably for 38 years at ABDick Company, Niles Illinois until retiring in 1997. He received 2 US Patents during his lifetime. Stanley was a member of Holy Cross and St. Mark's Parish.

Survivors include children Annemarie Hocking (Joseph) and John Kopala (Dorothy). Grandchildren Thomas, David, Matthew, Joseph and Kathryn. Stanley was preceded in death by his beloved wife Judith (nee Grace), brother Casimir, and parents Stanley P. and Marie E. (nee Nykiel).

Private Services will be held at Horan & McConaty.

Burial will be at St Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, River Grove Illinois.
