Stanley G. Powers, Jr.

Stan, 65, passed away September 19, 2008. Beloved husband of Dolly for 42 years; loving father of Tamara Powers and James (Julie) Powers; proud ""Grandpa Dude"" of Evan Powers; and devoted brother of Christine (Mike) Henn, Celia (Dick) Stene and Phillip (Gloria) Powers. He was preceded in death by his sisters Karleen Kennedy and Peggy Powers. Stan retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Chief Master Sgt. in April of 1988. He concluded his career with United Airlines as a Training Developer. Funeral Service Tuesday, September 23, 10:30 am with visitation one hour prior to service at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora.
