Stephen Richard Fuller was born July 11, 1958 in Denver, CO and passed away on August 22, 2009 in Aurora, CO. He graduated Cherry Creek High School and Western State College. He toured and worked with Up With People, and was a member of the The One Shot Antelope Hunt in Lander, WY and the Two Shot Goose Hunt in Lamar, CO. Most recently he was Chairman of the Board of the Colorado Boy's Ranch. Steve was a successful businessman, and especially enjoyed his career as a real estate broker specializing in ranches and recreational properties. Steve had a passion for the outdoors and was an avid hunter, boater, and fisherman. His hobbies included photography and woodworking. Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Simmons Fuller. He was a devoted and loving father to his beloved children, Justin and Sarah Fuller; and a wonderful companion to his beloved fiancee, Deborah Sherman-Hoefler, and to her son Andrew Hoefler and his wife Christina, and to Deb's daughter, Deidre Hoefler. He was the very dear son of John and Jeannie Fuller and loving brother of Jeanne Cavanaugh, Diana Burdolski, John Fuller, Jr., and Burt Fuller and their families. Steve left behind numerous extended family of both Fullers and Shermans. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Colorado Boy's Ranch in care of the Steve Fuller Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 681, 28071 Highway 109, La Junta, CO 81050. Steve was so full of life; had a great sense of humor and was a wonderful, caring human being and will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
