In celebrating a life well lived, we now mourn the passing of Stephen “Steve” Charles Pulford.
He was born in Oak Park, Illinois in July 1948, to Mr. Samuel Pulford and Mrs. Marilyn Pulford (Schillo).
He is preceded in death by his brother James “Jimmy” Pulford.
During his service to the U.S. Air Force, he relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii, where he met Ann-Kristin (Andersson), visiting from Sweden. They eventually settled down in Centennial, Colorado to raise their three children.
Steve spent his career working for United Airlines, and his retirement caring for the parks in their neighborhood. He was well known in the area, and will be remembered as being a kind, outgoing and helpful person. After he stepped away from his neighborhood job, Steve and Ann kept busy tending to their home and flourishing yard, and taking many memorable road trips.
He will be greatly missed by his children, Stephen (Tiffani) Pulford, Stina (Michael) Ingoglia, and Jonathan Pulford. He also leaves behind his four grandchildren, Stella and Lars Ingoglia and Sam and Alice Pulford,
The funeral will be a private ceremony at Fort Logan National Cemetery, on May 10, 2023, with only close family members present.
