Steven Randall Echols

Steven Randall Echols, long time dentist in the Littleton area, 62, passed away with his family at his side on April 27, 2014. Born in Detroit, Michigan, on January 7, 1952, he was preceded in death by father Eugene and sister Susan. Survived by mother Dolores Echols of Franklin, TN, children Brennan Echols (Littleton) and Kristen Echols (Fort Collins). Also survived by sister Shelley Burnett (Steve) of Brentwood, TN, nephew Derek (Renee) Brunett of Loveland, OH, Jillian Brunett of Dallas, TX, Jenna (Josh) Miller of Littleton and Dane Brunett of Brentwood, TN. Steve graduated from Wayne State University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Michigan for Dental School. After graduating, Steve practiced dentistry in Michigan before moving to his beloved Colorado. Initially practicing with Lakewood Dental Associates, Steve branched out on his own and opened Belleview Dental in 1991 and operated a thriving dental practice before retiring in 2012. Upon retirement Steve struggled with numerous medical issues including dialysis but always found time to enjoy his children and his love of art, music and politics. He planned on developing an art studio in his home to explore his artistic interests. He will be sorely missed especially by his loving children and family.
