Steven J. Schmidt

To a parent, each of their chidlren are special. Our precious son, Steve, was funny, self-effacing, loving and had a heart of gold. Steven James Schmidt went to be with the Lord on March 31, 2013. He was born on September 18, 1970 and resided in Parker, Colorado.

Steve is survived by his wife Julia; parents Mike and Andrea; sister Laurie (John) Barbieri; brother Mike (Deanna) Schmidt, II; sister Kristin (Tom) Marriott; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 10:00am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (one block west of South Holly Street) in Centennial, Colorado 80122. Graveside Service will follow at 12:00 noon at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 880 East Wolfensberger Road, in Castle Rock, Colorado 80104.

Memorials may be made in Steve’s name to Paralyzed Veterans of America, 801 Eighteenth Street, NW, Washington, DC 20006-3517.
