Stewart T. Harris

July 2, 1969 — March 24, 2020

Stewart Tilden Harris, age 50, of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, passed away on March 24, 2020 at Lutheran Medical Center. Born on July 2, 1969 in Sandy, Utah, he is the son of Walter W. and Rachel (Brimhall) Harris. Stewart married Suzanne Walentine on April 24, 2004 and together they shared 16 years of marriage and two wonderful children.

Stewart worked as a systems analyst for Marathon Petroleum and before that as an ERP Consultant.

Most of all Stewart enjoyed his family; his wife, his children, just being with them, playing with them. Family meant everything to him. It is hard to find a picture of him alone, he was almost always with family or a friend. In addition, Stewart loved sports, he loved the outdoors, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing very much ever since he was a small child.

He will be remembered for being a gentle giant of a man with a very kind spirit and the voice of reason. He cared very deeply for his family and friends and many looked to him for his calm approach to issues.

In addition is his wife Suzanne, he is survived by his children, Jack and Lexanne; brother, Roger Harris (Diana); sister, Melissa Harris; Father- and Mother-in-Law, Bob and Janet Walentine; four Brother- in -Laws, Jeff Walentine, Joe Walentine, Greg Walentine, Mike Walentine (Natalie), as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, Stewart is preceded in death by brother, Clifton Harris and sister, Gale Foland.

The family invites you to join them electronically for Stewart’s graveside service on Friday, March 27, 2020 at 10:00am by using Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/839922534
