Stewart John Robinson passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, May 5, 2007, with family by his side. Born June 1, 1951, in St. Louis, MO, Stewart grew up in Spokane, WA and for the past 21 years lived in Highlands Ranch, CO. Stew is survived by Karen, his loving wife of 28 years; two sons, Andy and John Robinson; brothers Bob Robinson (Victoria) and children Wade and Kayla of Kalispell, MT; and Jack Robinson (Irma) and children Jaclyn and JD of Spokane, WA. A 1974 graduate of the University of Washington in Business Administration and Air Force ROTC, Stew was a flight instructor before joining Seattle-First National Bank in Olympia, WA as a commercial loan officer. In 1984, Stew began a rewarding career as a pilot with Continental Airlines and retired as a captain after 21 years. A service celebrating Stew's life will be held Thursday, May 10, 2007, 4 PM at Cherry Hills Community Church, 3900 Grace Blvd., in Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.
