Sue Evelyn Emerson, 87, mother of Larry Emerson, Colorado Springs, CO; Leigh W. Emerson, Denver, CO.; Laura S. Emerson, Castaic, CA.; grandmother of Ryan Emerson, 25 and Karen Emerson, 23, residing in Denver. Sue was a member of the Schlessman YMCA for several years and passionate about gourmet cooking, golf, writing and active in the Episcopalian Church. Her family meant everything to her. Sue had a powerful, positive impact on the lives of everyone she met and will be missed greatly by all. Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home Chapel, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO. 80246.
