Tex A. Rick

Tex A. Rick, 72 years of age, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2011. Tex was born on October 25, 1938 in Seward, Nebraska. Tex was born to the late Waldo and Lucille Rick. Tex worked for many years as an architectural draftsman for URS. He was a very active member of East Village Baptist Church where he worshipped with his wife for nearly 20 years. Tex was an avid Huskers (Nebraska football) fan, and loved to camp and fish. Tex is survived by his children Tammy (Dan) Hempe and Dwayne (Stacy) Rick; his brother Richard Rick; his grandchildren Joey Primm, Daniel Primm, Jonathan Primm, Stephen Primm, Christopher DaVoult, Erica DaVoult, Steven DaVoult. Tex is also preceded in death by his wife Leta Rick. A Memorial Service for Tex will be held on Friday, May 27, 2011, at 10 o'clock in the morning at Village East Baptist Church, 11300 East Mississippi Avenue, Aurora, Colorado 80012.
