Thelia (Boraschi) Pedrelli, of Greenwood Village, formerly of Arlington, MA, died Saturday, May 19, 2007. Born in Boston on January 12, 1923 to the late Federico and Flora (Resmini) Boraschi, she was 84. In the 1950's she worked at Boraschi's Cafe, a popular Boston restaurant owned by her family, which was known for its basement grotto, piano players and being a favorite eatery of the Boston Red Sox. Thelia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother with a loving and kind nature who befriended all that she encountered. A resident of Arlington for more than 40 years, she was a school volunteer and went back to college herself at the age of 60, riding the T back and forth to Bunker Hill Community College. Beloved wife of the late Bruno Pedrelli, she is the loving mother of Nino D. Pedrelli & his wife Susan of Minnesota and Bruna Brashears & her husband Bob of Colorado. Sister of Louise Davis of Arlington. Grandmother of Cara & Laura Pedrelli, Victor, Alex & Nicky Brashears. Sister-in-law of Bianca Pedrelli of Italy. Aunt of Lonna Davis of Arlington, Cristina Ferrari & Francesca Ferri both of Italy. Also survived by 1 grand niece, Anna Edwards. Funeral Services and burial were held in Boston, MA in assistance by Keefe Funeral Home.
