Theodore ""Ted"" Phillips, 89 years of age, of Northglenn, Colorado, passed away on March 11, 2012. A Funeral Service for Ted will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2012, 3:30pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Visitation one hour prior to service. An Interment Service at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado will occur at 10:30am on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 (Staging Area B).
