Theresa M. Mero

Theresa Marie Mero, daughter of Jake Martinez Jr. and Patty Martinez, born 3/10/1966, passed away in Denver on June 9, 2016. She was a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School and worked for the United States Department of the Interior. From her birth, Theresa spent her whole life in Denver surrounded by her closest friends and adoring family. Her heart was so full of love and she always kept a positive outlook on all things, which was very apparent in her warm smile. Theresa was constantly the first to offer a helping hand to those who needed it out of her selfless nature, and for that she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Bobby, daughter Jeri, daughter Shannon, brother Jose and his wife Teresa, mother Patty, mother-in-law Marlene, sister-in-law Carla and her husband Doug, sister-in-law Darci and her husband Adam, nieces Angela and Valarie, nephews Jake, Lucas, and Jackson, and countless additional family members and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Light of the World Roman Catholic Church, 10316 W. Bowles Ave., Littleton, CO 80127. Interment will be held privately at a later date at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver. Condolences for the family may be left below.
