Theresa, 44, of Westminster, Colorado passed away on November 8, 2016. Memorial Service will be Saturday, 11/12, 10am at Northwest Church of Christ, 5255 West 98th Avenue, Westminster. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mora Educational Fund for Theresa's daughters, Madison & Makenna, made out to and sent to Northwest Church of Christ.
