Thomas Samuel Bernie Jr.

Thomas Samuel Bernie, Jr., 95 3/4, passed away on February 12th, 2016 after successfully completing a long and fruitful life. He was born in White Plains, New York on May 18th, 1920. On July 6th, 1944 he married Imogene Austreim and together they enjoyed a special life filled with family, travel and adventure for 65 years until her death in 2009. Thomas earned many advanced degrees, including Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and he was a Diplomat of the Board of the American Biofeedback Society. His greatest legacy is his family. Six remarkable children were created together with his wife Imogene. Thomas III (Becky), Ronald (Joyce), Karen, Clark (Sherry), James (Karin) and Barbara (Richard). He was also the proud grandpa to 14 grandchildren and 13 1/2 great grandchildren. A private family burial to take place Friday, February 19, 2016 at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
