Verling ""Spin"" R. Nelson

Verling ""Spin"" Nelson passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016. Born March 26, 1930, the youngest of five children. Survived by loving wife of 58 years, Joan; brother Richard; brother-in-laws Jay (Loa) Vest and Robert Peebler. Preceded in death by parents Carl and Anna; brother Kenneth; sisters Verda Goodale and Verla Norton; sister-in-law Glenneva Peebler. He served in the US Marines Corps and led an active career as the owner of Nelson's Office Products. He had a special place in his heart for God's little creatures. Memorial Service is Fri. 9/2 11:00am, Mile Hi Church, 9077 W. Alameda Ave., Lakewood. Interment at Ft. Logan National Cemetery.
