Verne is survived by his wife, Roberta; children, Marcie (Kim) Harkness, Steven (Leann), Linda (Michael) Turner; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, December 18, 2008, at 11:00 AM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (one block west of Holly), Centennial, Colorado. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, 2255 South Oneida Street, in Denver, Colorado 80224.
