Vicky, 31, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed February 15, 2017. Victoria was cherished by all she met. There was never a dull moment in her presence. Throughout her entire life, she strived to spread joy and laughter. Even if you had never met before she would always lend a shoulder to cry on and a hand to hold. There was no limit to her compassion. Her greatest passions were her family, boyfriend Chris, the outdoors, animals (especially mini pigs) and helping others. She graduated from Rock Springs High School with honors in 2004. She wanted to use her brilliant mind and compassionate nature to help others so she enrolled in Medical Assistant School while reconnecting with her paternal family in Texas. Again she graduated at the top of her class. When she returned to Colorado she used those skills to care for her grandfather until his passing. Vicky had her struggles, but always fought through them. But in the years before her passing Vicky lived each day with purpose and fierce love. May her intense spirit inspire all who knew her and even those who didn't to always reach for the stars and live to be a better you as she did. Survived by her mother, Kristy Horton; father, Roland (Chris) Towner; husband, Chris Cordova; sisters, Danyelle & Stephanie & their families; maternal & paternal grandparents; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial Services honoring Vicky will be on Saturday, March 4, 2017, beginning at 2 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, in Arvada, Colorado 80003.
