Virginia Baker

Virginia P. Baker (née Farrell) of Denver passed away on October 14, 2020 at the age of 98. She was born March 1, 1922 in Enid, Oklahoma. Denver was her home from early childhood. A devoted wife to Ivan W. Baker (deceased) and beloved mother of David, Clark (deceased), and Pam. Blessed with 2 grandchildren, Josh and Sarah. She was a chauffer for Colorado dignitaries during WWII, employee at Montgomery Ward, and active alumnus of West High School into her 80’s. Funeral service Thursday, October 22, 10:00 am at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel 1091 S. Colorado Blvd, Denver. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association: Colorado Chapter.
