Virginia Mae Butler

Born March 27, 1932, in Olney, Maryland to Charles and Virginia (Soper) Alderton, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2010 in Littleton, Colorado, soon after receiving the Blessed Sacrament. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Dale Matthew Butler; and her adoring children, Laurie (Garrie) Krizman, Gregory (Lauren) Butler, Suzanne (Randy) Sheley, MaryBeth (Bob) Beck, and Christopher (Maura) Butler; grandchildren, Rachel (Matthew), Garrie (Sarah), Jeffrey, Emily, Anna, Jeremiah (Janean), Brian (Rebecca), Jesse, ChristinaMae, Michael (Chelsea), Matthew, Melissa Mae (Thomas), Jude, and Dorothy; great-grandchildren Baylee, Alex, Jenna, Mason, Madison, Blake; and many other Sopers and Aldertons. Her mother, father and brother, Charles, Jr. preceded her in death. A deeply devout woman, Virginia Mae left this world well prepared for the next. She was a wonderfully devoted mother and wife, and is dearly missed by all. ""Well done, good and faithful servant: because thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will place thee over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord."" Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 5, 2010 from 4-7 PM, with Recitation of the Rosary at 7 PM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 11 AM, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 South Quebec Street, in Centennial, Colorado. Interment follows at 1 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Area ""A"", 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, in Denver, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, please donate to: ""Susan B.
