Virginia A. Powers

Virginia “Sis” Powers, 86, of Lakewood, passed away on February 22, 2018. Virginia was preceded in death by her daughter Kristine; her parents Harold and Nora Ripley; her brothers John, Fred, and Robert Ripley. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Clare “Jon”; her children Ken (Taylor) and Charlene; her grandchildren Aspen (Darrin), Michael, Steven; her great-grandchildren Reese and Micah; and her sister Mary Lou. Sis was a loving cat mother of Cotton and Fawn. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 2:00-4:00pm at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado with Vigil Service at 4:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 10:00am at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, 3310 S Sherman Street, Englewood, Colorado. Interment is to follow at Ft.
