Kirk, 89, of Thornton, Colorado, passed away September 11, 2012 at 8:43 PM. Loving Husband, Father & Grandfather. Served in the Pacific in the USS St. George Sea Plane Tender. Preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Anderson; parents, Wallace and Edna Anderson; siblings, Colleen Anderson and JoAnn Ferguson. Survived by his children, Parris (Rebecca) Anderson, Darrell (Harriet Ellen) Anderson and Lloyd Anderson; 9 grandchildren, Tammy Anderson Buche, Derek Anderson, Dene't Anderson Wyckoff, Brandin Anderson, Scott Anderson, Sarah Anderson Smith, Sophie Anderson, Caroline Anderson and Christopher Anderson; and 15 great grandchildren, Jeremiah Buche, Isaak Anderson, Jamin Anderson, Lucas Anderson, Jude Anderson, Scott Wyckoff, John Wyckoff, Emma Wyckoff, Jacob Wyckoff, Ava Anderson, Nya Anderson, Lyla Anderson, Ellerie Anderson, Claudia Smith and Tristan Smith. Celebration of Life Viewing will be Monday, September 17, 2012 from 4-8 PM and Funeral Service will be Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 12 Noon, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton. Interment following at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
