Wendell ""Art"" Snow

Wendell “Art” Snow passed away at home on May 26, 2020, at his home in Denver, Colorado. Art was born to Wendell Snow, and Verdie Snow (Sorg) in Denver, on February 28, 1942. He was a true Colorado Native.

After grade school, Art went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Business, and was a longtime employee of U.S. West.

Art had many interests and hobbies, including fishing, travelling, NASCAR, bowling, playing poker with his daughters, and coaching softball. More than anything else, Art was a family man. He was blessed with six daughters, and a better father of daughters could not be found, as they were blessed with a father who was strong, yet gentle, wise, kind-hearted, loyal, and VERY protective.

He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Snow; siblings John (Kathy), George (Kay); daughters Ginny (Dave), Chris (Scot), Carol (Brad), Cathy (Brad), Debbie (Derrick), Sara (Matt); grandchildren Alexa, Erika, Niki, Ryan, Steven, Rachel, Lynsee, Katelyn, Shelby, Tonya, Cody, Casey, David, Logan, Mackenzie. Art was preceded in death by his parents.

A Funeral Mass will be held in Art’s honor. Due to COVID-19 the Mass will be by invitation only.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Art’s memory, to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
