William Lee Austin, 82, passed away November 19, 2011. He was born August 7, 1929 in Trenton, Utah to Geneva James Webb Austin and William George Austin. Lee grew up in Logan, Utah and attended Utah State University. He served in the Korean conflict as a member of the United States Army. He was a business owner in Montana and retired to Denver, Colorado. He enjoyed reading history and westerns. He loved his family and will greatly missed! Lee is survived by his wife, Margaret Marie Ward Austin, whom he had been married to for over 60 wonderful years. He is also survived by his daughters, Vivian Schmidt, Peggy Bear, LeeAnn Squires, Carol Thorn, Marianne Kluza and Allison Jones; 19 grandchildren & 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Patty Austin; one grandchild; two great-grandchildren and two siblings, Max Austin and Helen Duke. A Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5175 South Picadilly Street, Centennial, CO., on Friday, November 25, 2011, 10:00am. A viewing will be held at the Church from 9:00-9:45am. Burial will be at 12:30pm, Staging Area ""B"", Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO.
