William "Bill" Patrick Shea

William “Bill” Shea, 96, of Littleton, Colorado passed away peacefully on November 5, 2024. He was born to Elizabeth E. (Stowell) and Edward E. Shea on December 18, 1927.

Bill was a very joyful person throughout his life and always saw the silver lining in every situation. He went to South High school and transferred his senior year to West High school where he met the love of his life, Mona (Craven). He worked many sales jobs which led him from Denver, CO to Cortez, CO and then to Delta, CO and finally retiring in Littleton, CO. He and Mona raised 7 kids: William P. Shea II (Debra), Mark P. Shea (Kathy), Deborah L. Shea, Penny A. Smothers (Richard), Bridgette L. Shea (Gary Brown) and Teri S. Ahlberg (Mike). They have 22 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. Bill was an excellent father and family was always at the forefront of his life.

In honor of Bill, a Rosary will be held at 5:00p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Horan & MConaty Funeral Home (5303 E. County Line Rd, Centennial, CO 80122). Memorial Service to be held the following day at 9:00a.m., Saturday, November 23, 2024 with Committal to follow in Horan & McConaty Rocky Mountain Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Alzheimers Association at BrightFocus Foundation.
