William Cocoros

85, passed away February 15, 2011 after a long ill- ness. At the end of his life, he was surrounded by his loving family and friends. Bill was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on September 17, 1925. He was raised in Brooklyn, NY, where he graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School in 1944 and went on to serve his country in the US Army Air Forces during WWII. A 1951 graduate of Syracuse University, Bill enjoyed a long and successful career as an executive in the printing industry, and was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Heidelberg Eastern, Inc., prior to his retire-ment. He residedin Wilton, CT for over 30 years, raising his family there before moving to Denver in 2000, where he loved being outdoors surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery. In addition to his brother Peter, Bill is survived by Marian, his loving wife of 51 years; his daughter Lela and her husband Jon Goldstein; his son Dion and his wife Elizabeth and three adoring grandchildren, Bill Goldstein and Anna and Alex Cocoros. The family requests that any donations in his name be made to Alzheimer's Research organizations.
