William Richard Dowhan

William Richard Dowhan passed away August 22, 2016 at the age of 76. He was born November 19, 1939 to Nicholas and Verna Dowhan in Canada. William is survived by daughter Lisa (John) Wakeham; grandchildren Jessee Wakeham, Jacob (LeeAnna) Wakeham, Coal (LeeC) Wakeham, Jayden (Caleb) Copeland, Lelaina Wakeham & Mason Wakeham; great grandchildren Noah, Ella & Rhett Wakeham; siblings Elsie Davis, Marvin Dowhan, Bernice (Vic) Sapach & Janet (Murray) Beattie. He was preceded in death by son Rick Dowhan. A vigil service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 beginning at 7:00 in the evening at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue (at Parker Road) in Aurora. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, September 1, 2016 beginning at 10:00 in the morning at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 13670 East 13th Place in Aurora.
