William ""Bo"" L. Efird

William ""Bo"" Efird passed away on Tuesday October 13, 2015 at his home in Aurora, CO. He was 64. Bo was born on April 18, 1951 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971. Bo served in Vietnam, where he was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Emery Efird II and Meredith Jackson Efird and his brother Jay Efird. Bo is survived by his wife of 19 years, Linda Efird, stepson Dana Pennington, his sisters Virginia Efird Edgeworth and Meredith Efird Moore and his brothers David and Thomas Efird, all of North Carolina; by his daughter Laura Efird Nielsen (Adam Nielsen); his two sons Lander Efird (Resha Efird) and Jacob Efird; and four grandsons Kyle Nielsen, Caleb Nielsen, Ethan Efird and Eric Efird. Bo will be laid to rest following his Committal Service with full military honors to take place Tuesday, October 20, 2015, 11:30 AM, at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
