William John Jacoby Jr. William J. Jacoby Jr. was born in Casper Wyoming August first, 1973, however his family moved to Riverton Wyoming soon after his birth. He was active in Cub Scouts, Soccer, Little League, and AWANA. He later moved with his parents to Arvada Colorado where he attended Middle School and High School. His high school diploma was through GED with one of the highest scores ever for the state. Although Bill completed certification as a dental technician he found working in a lab too confining and opted to become a welder instead. He loved the excitement of working the high steel and quickly moved up in the field to become project manager. He worked for a variety of companies but the work he loved most was doing huge sculptures and art work. He was especially proud of having been Planning and Project Manager with sole responsibility for oversight of construction of the Monolith and Water Wall near Belleview and Highway I 25 (Denver Tech Center), Denver Colorado. Bill is survived by one son Steven Gibson, his parents Bill and Mary Jacoby, one sister Lori Monroe, brother-in-law Michael Monroe, two nephews Ryan and Jason Monroe and one grandmother Billie Hubbard.
