William L. Rice, Attorney, was born September 18, 1912 in McCook, Nebraska and passed away July 1, 2004 in Englewood, Colorado. He is preceded in death by his wife Bessie M. Rice. William is survived by his son Terrence W. (Kathy) Rice; brother John L. (Marie) Rice; grandson Chad D. (Maggie) Morris; grand-daughter Christy L. Morris; great-grandaughter Delaney Morris; great-grandson Jasper Morris and numerous nieces and nephews.
