William ""Bill"" Robberson

William Bennett Robberson, 79 of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away on September 8, 2017 in Aurora, CO. Bill was born on April 21, 1938 to Percy and Vermelle Robberson. Bill is survived by Sister Myra Delhotal; Children William Bennett Robberson Jr., Scott McFall Robberson, and Rebecca Lee Cohen; Granchildren Trey Robberson, Blake Robberson, Stephan Robberson, Jeremy Robberson, Austin Cohen, and Ashley Cohen. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. During his earlier years, Bill attended Harding Jr. Highschool in Oklahoma City. He then attended Classen Highschool and Northwest Classen Highschool. Bill then continued his education at the University of Oklahoma where he became a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and earned a B.A. in economics. During Bill’s work experience he became a first Lt. USAF serving at Cannon AFB, and Clovis N.M. for 3 years. Bill then worked in banking for more than 30 years. Bill served as a board member and chairman of the Young Life of Oklahoma City for 5 years. Bill also served in the ministry assisting with the Archdiocese of Denver prison ministry at the Denver County Jail. Bill was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. A Graveside service will be held for Bill at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area “C”, Friday September 29, at 12:15PM. Please give your condolences to the Robberson family.
