William R. Shackelford

Ltc. William R. Shackelford, U.S. Army Retired, Age 82, passed away December 22, 2015. He was born on January 15, 1933 in Syracuse, Kansas to Hazel (Romer) and William Shackelford. He is survived by his wife, Liliane (Tsevrenis) Shackelford, his daughters, Susan Mansfield, Carol Ellis and Kay Dewolf, and his Son Andrew Shackelford. Bill was a devoted husband, father, soldier and teacher. He enjoyed all that Colorado had to offer and loved to spend time in the outdoors. He will be missed. Private Service.
